HF3 is a fabulous game that needs no help from me.  However it has one major downside; there's no one else around here who plays it. :-(

So fiddling with the game at least gives me a chance to metagame. :-)
Er, well, here's the thing.  Many of the images here are lifted from HF3 and the internet.

If you see something you own and want me to take down I will promptly and happily do so.  Please don't sue me.
Variant Cards

Event Deck

Extra Factions

Rolling a die and checking a table seems very 1970s to me.  So here are the events in card form.  Of course, I had to add a few extra events of my own.

Draw a card from the deck every turn.  But don't worry, half the cards are non-events.

When you hit Senility, reshuffle the deck for the next Solar Cycle.

When I heard HF3 would include 5 new factions I naturally assumed there would be 5 new faction privileges.  So when the game arrived, I was disappointed to find that the existing privileges had merely been reshuffled. :-(

Rather than live with the disappointment, I created 5 new factions with 5 new faction privileges! :-)

More Robots

Missions

The Mission deck is treated like the Colonist deck.  A new "Mission Planning" op allows you to choose 1 of the top 3 cards and put it up for auction.

Victory points are awarded only for completing Mission cards from your hand.

Missions are an excellent way to teach HF3 to new players since there's no require-ment to build factories.
When I first read the HF3 rule book, with its many references to Robot Colonists and The Emancipator, I assumed robots must be big part of the game.  So I was surprised to find only 4 robots in the colonist deck.

By now you can see where this is going;  I added 6 more robots!  They have not been playtested so feedback is welcome.

Table Top Simulator

These variant decks are available in a Table Top Simulator mod you can find  here.

This mod is itself a mod of of Eskander's amazing High Frontier 3rd Ed. (Scripted + Custom Models).

Rules Reference

Score Sheet

Everyone and his or her dog has posted to BGG an HF3 rules reference.  My dog and I are no different.

This PDF contain double sided reference sheets with Basic rules in black and Colonization rules are in either blue or green depending on your prefence.

There's also a Basic only one sided reference sheet.

This is a handy sheet for calculating the socre of a standard or Future's game.
